2. Term Sheet / LOI

2 - 4 Days

We present highly competitive, executable term sheets. Once terms are accepted, the initial deposit is made for third-party reports.

3. 3rd Party Reports

2 - 4 Weeks

Appraisal, Phase 1 ESA, and Property Condition Assessments (PCA) are ordered. Full underwriting package is submitted to the credit committee.

4. Commitment & Funding

1 - 2 Weeks

Credit committee issues the final loan commitment. Loan documents are drawn, signed at escrow, and funds are officially wired.
